Founding

Twelve years inside the brokerage.

Julie is the trusted operational partner behind Jules Transactions, bringing over a decade of heartfelt industry expertise and a nurturing touch directly to your real estate business. Her journey began with six years as a dedicated personal assistant to a local RE/MAX agent, followed by six years as the Director of Brokerage Services for a RE/MAX brokerage. In this leadership role, Julie masterfully ran the compliance, property management, and transaction management divisions, while also overseeing contract training and AppFiles onboarding. As a high-volume Transaction Manager, she successfully steered an average of 350 closings per year with grace and precision. Julie founded her company to offer agents personal, customized, and deeply detail-oriented contract-to-close support, believing that behind every seamless closing is a relationship built on trust. When she is not managing contracts, she channels her signature warmth into her favorite roles: being a proud single mom to her two boys, Jack and Liam, and a loving pup-mom to her dog, Charlie. She beautifully balances her entrepreneurial drive with family leadership, bringing that same fierce dedication and caring spirit to every agent she partners with.

I show up.

PRIDE was amazing as always and blessed to volunteer with Winter Pride Saint Pete. Rob and Gabe and so many work so hard to bring “less sweaty” Pride events to our town!

The symbol

The sunflower.

The Jules Transactions sunflower and wordmark embroidered in coral and navy thread on linen.

People ask what the sunflower means.

I love them because they are strong on their own. Most flowers need a crowded garden to look like anything. One sunflower does not. Fiercely independent, always on the bright side.

And still, they do better together. A whole field of them side by side, sharing the light so every one of them blooms. Whole alone, better in company. When the dark comes, I like to think they lean into each other and share the warmth until morning.

They remind me to stay positive, stand strong, and seek out optimism and warmth.

First file, we’ll talk it through.
